Recognized globally for her sustainable, powerful designs, Julia Clancey has teamed up with The Foundation for Living Beauty and the Hello Beautiful Foundation for a new turban collaboration.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, the famed designer and creative director Julia Clancey is partnering with The Foundation for Living Beauty and the Hello Beautiful Foundation. Lauded for their philanthropic expertise, the two foundations uplift women battling cancer and underline the importance of non-toxic practices in one’s everyday routine. While The Foundation for Living Beauty is based in the US,  the Hello Beautiful Foundation supports women in the UK, ensuring that Clancey’s partnership has international reach.

For the collaboration, Clancey has pledged to donate a luxury turban to the two charities with every online turban purchase. Speaking on her turban design, Clancey said: “It’s more than just a turban; it’s a symbol of solidarity, a crown of courage. When someone faces adversity, the smallest gesture of kindness can have a monumental impact. By infusing beauty and grace into their lives, we can uplift spirits and remind these remarkable women of their inherent strength and resilience.”

“Together, we can uplift and empower women on their journey with cancer through beauty, strength and connection.”

Nancy Davison, Executive Director of The Foundation for Living Beauty.

Fueled by her own inner strength, Julia’s turbans are undeniably magnificent. Since stepping foot into the fashion industry, the self-taught designer has gained an impressive following thanks to her sophisticated turbans and kaftans. Inspired by old Hollywood glamour, Clancey’s designs effortlessly intertwine opulence with elegant craftsmanship.

Meanwhile, with a reach extending to over 1,800 women, The Foundation for Living Beauty works across forty-eight states and three countries. The charity works to deliver services and support to women throughout their cancer journeys. From tranquil retreats to community gatherings, the foundation is an oasis of hope and healing.

“Each turban purchased and donated to Living Beauty represents a circle of support and the spirit of giving back,” explains Nancy Davison, Executive Director of The Foundation for Living Beauty. “Together, we can uplift and empower women on their journey with cancer through beauty, strength and connection.”

Jane Hutchison, founder of the Hello Beautiful Foundation echoes Davidson’s positive words: “Julia’s generous donation of turbans to the Hello Beautiful Foundation will undoubtedly make a significant impact. Having modern and stylish headwear can truly boost the confidence of women undergoing cancer treatment, helping them feel beautiful and empowered despite the challenges they face.”

Having established the foundation after her own battle with breast cancer, Hutchison works to destigmatize cancer discussions and promote wellbeing. Looking to art and art therapy as a creative outlet, the charity launched a series of campaigns – titled Beauty in Change. Exhibiting the unfiltered day-to-day realities of those living with cancer, the campaigns depict those affected in an elegant, intimate light.
